DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Delivery Methods

Orders may be dispatched using one of the following delivery services:

  • InPost
  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • DPD

The carrier used will depend on the size, weight and nature of the products ordered.

  1. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 are charged at £5.50 per parcel.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery

  • £9.50 per parcel.

Large Orders

  • Maximum parcel weight is 20kg.
  • Orders exceeding this limit may be shipped in multiple parcels.
  • Delivery charges may increase according to the number of parcels required.
  1. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • DPD Next Working Day: Next working day after dispatch where available

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  1. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

  1. Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery information is accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required

Additional delivery charges may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect delivery information.

  1. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact:

We do not currently offer customer collection or click-and-collect services.
