Complete IBC Connection Kit
This assembly provides a reliable solution for connecting your IBC tank to 32mm MDPE piping. The kit includes:
- 1 x S60X6 Female to 1" BSPF Extended Adaptor (IBC-EX-S60X6-1BSPF)
- 1 x 32mm MDPE Straight Joiner to 1" BSPM (MDPESTR32-1BSPM)
Extended Reach Adaptor
The included S60X6 to 1" BSPF adaptor features an extended profile, designed to provide extra clearance from the IBC outlet. This added length simplifies the installation process, allowing for easier access when attaching equipment and reducing the risk of thread damage or strain in tight spaces. Manufactured from high-grade, durable plastic, this component is built to maintain structural integrity in both industrial and residential fluid handling environments.
Reliable MDPE Compression Fitting
The 32mm MDPE straight joiner is engineered for secure, leak-free connections in water supply and irrigation systems. As a PN10 rated fitting, it is capable of withstanding pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). These fittings are highly resistant to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and environmental wear, ensuring a long service life. The compression design allows for a straightforward, tool-free installation, creating a direct and uninterrupted flow path for your piping system.
Important Installation Note: To ensure a fully watertight seal on threaded connections, we recommend the use of PTFE tape (sold separately).
