Complete IBC Flow Control Kit
This assembly provides a reliable solution for managing liquid output from your Intermediate Bulk Container. Each kit includes:
- 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ½” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP12BSPF)
- 1 x MDPE Valve 20mm - 1/2" BSPM (MDPEVALVE20-12BSPM)

The included S60X6 end cap is manufactured from robust, high-grade plastic, engineered to provide a secure, leak-resistant seal for your IBC. The integrated BSPF thread offers a versatile connection point, allowing for seamless integration with your existing plumbing and flow control hardware. Its precise threading ensures straightforward installation and long-term maintenance reliability.
High-Performance MDPE Valve
The 20mm MDPE valve is specifically designed for fluid control within MDPE piping systems. These fittings are recognized for their chemical resistance, flexibility, and overall durability, making them ideal for industrial processes, irrigation, and water supply applications. The threaded compression design allows for a tight, leak-free seal without the requirement for specialized tools.
Technical Specifications
- Pressure Rating: MDPE PN10 fittings are rated for a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approx. 145 psi).
- Resilience: Engineered to withstand mechanical stress, harsh weather conditions, and corrosion from acids and chemicals.
Important Note: To ensure a fully watertight connection at the threaded interface, we recommend the use of PTFE tape (sold separately).
