IBC S60X6 Cap Features
Engineered for durability, this S60X6 end cap provides a robust seal for your Intermediate Bulk Container. The integrated BSPF thread offers a versatile connection point, ensuring your plumbing and flow control systems remain secure, leak-free, and protected from external contamination. Its precise threading allows for quick, straightforward installation and ongoing maintenance.
MDPE Valve & Fitting Specifications
The included 25mm MDPE valve is built for high-performance fluid control. MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) is recognized for its excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and long-term durability in water supply, irrigation, and industrial environments.
- Pressure Rating: PN10 rated, capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approx. 145 psi).
- Reliable Sealing: Features threaded compression connections for a tight, leak-free fit without the need for specialized tools.
- Resilient Design: Highly resistant to mechanical stress, harsh weather conditions, and corrosion from acids or chemicals.
Note: To ensure a fully watertight connection at the threaded interface, we recommend using PTFE tape (sold separately).
