Complete IBC Connection Kit
This assembly provides a reliable solution for adapting your Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) outlet to a 40mm MDPE pipe system. The kit includes:
- 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with 1” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP1BSPF)
- 1 x MDPE Straight Joiner 40mm - 1" BSPM (MDPESTR40-1BSPM)
Secure IBC Sealing
The included S60X6 end cap is manufactured from high-grade, durable plastic to provide a dependable seal for your IBC. By preventing leaks and protecting contents from external contamination, this cap acts as a critical barrier for your liquid storage. The integrated BSPF thread offers a standardized connection point, allowing for seamless integration with various plumbing and flow control hardware.
Efficient MDPE Straight Connection
The 40mm MDPE straight joiner is engineered for direct, linear pipe connections. Designed for use with MDPE piping, this fitting utilizes a compression connection mechanism that eliminates the need for specialized tools, ensuring a tight, leak-free seal during installation. These PN10-rated fittings are built to handle pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi).
