Upgrade your Intermediate Bulk Container setup with this comprehensive connection kit. Designed for seamless integration, this assembly allows for precise flow management and direct connection to 20mm MDPE piping.

Kit Contents:

  • 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP34BSPF)
  • 1 x In-Line Valve ¾” BSP (HCV34BSPM001BLACK)
  • 1 x MDPE Straight Joiner 20mm – ¾” BSP (MDPESTR20-34BSPF)

IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾” BSPF Thread

Engineered for durability, this robust plastic end cap provides a secure, leak-resistant seal for your IBC. The integrated BSPF thread serves as a reliable connection point, ensuring compatibility with standard plumbing components and simplifying your installation process.

In-Line Soft Touch Valve (¾” BSPM)

Manage your fluid systems with ease using this high-performance flow control valve. Featuring a ¾” BSP Male inlet and outlet, this lightweight, corrosion-resistant plastic valve is built for longevity. The soft-touch mechanism ensures smooth, precise on/off control, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial irrigation or fluid management tasks.

MDPE Straight Joiner (20mm – ¾” BSP)

This MDPE straight connector facilitates a direct, leak-free link between your valve and 20mm piping. Designed for efficiency, the compression connection requires no specialized tools for assembly. These fittings are rated for PN10 pressure (up to 10 bars / approx. 145 psi), offering excellent resistance to mechanical stress, chemical exposure, and environmental wear.

Important Installation Note: To ensure a fully watertight seal across all threaded connections, we recommend the use of PTFE tape (sold separately).
