Upgrade Your IBC Tank with a Reliable 2” S60X6 Valve Kit

Optimize your liquid management system with this complete IBC adapter kit. Designed for durability and ease of use, this assembly allows for precise flow control and secure hose connection for your Intermediate Bulk Container.

SKU: IBC008S

Kit Components:

  • 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap: Features a ¾” BSP thread (IBCS60X6CAP34BSPF).
  • 1 x Large Plastic Valve: ¾” BSP full-flow ball valve (VALVE34BSPM-F-LARGE).
  • 1 x Reducing Fitting: Adapts ¾" BSPM to ½" BSPF (BUSH34BSPM-12BSPF).
  • 1 x Brass Straight Joiner: 13mm barb to ½" BSPM (BRSTR13B-12BSPM).

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Secure IBC Connection: The S60X6 cap is engineered from robust, high-quality plastic to provide a leak-resistant seal directly onto your IBC outlet.
  • Effortless Flow Control: The large plastic ball valve includes an ergonomic lever handle, allowing for quick, precise shut-off and flow regulation, even in confined spaces.
  • Versatile Thread Adaptation: The included reducing bush seamlessly transitions your system from a ¾" BSP connection to a ½" BSP thread, ensuring compatibility with standard plumbing components.
  • Durable Brass Joiner: The 13mm barbed brass fitting provides a high-strength connection for hose pipes. Its corrosion-resistant brass construction ensures long-term reliability under pressure.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Both the polypropylene (PP) valve and the brass joiner are built to withstand demanding environments, offering excellent resistance to wear and environmental degradation.

Installation Tip: To ensure a completely watertight seal and prevent thread seepage, we recommend using PTFE tape (sold separately) on all threaded connections during assembly.
