Component Specifications
IBC S60X6 Cap: Engineered for a secure, leak-proof seal on standard IBC outlets. The integrated 1” BSPF thread offers a versatile connection point, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of plumbing hardware for straightforward system integration.
Full Flow Single Union Ball Valve: Manufactured from robust polypropylene (PP), this valve is built to resist corrosion and mechanical wear. The single union design simplifies installation and future maintenance. Featuring a large, ergonomic lever handle, it allows for effortless, precise flow control, even in restricted spaces where quick shut-off is required.
MDPE Straight Joiner (32mm): Designed for seamless pipe connectivity, this fitting provides a reliable, leak-free seal for 32mm MDPE piping. These PN10-rated fittings are engineered to withstand pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Their high resistance to chemical exposure, weather, and mechanical stress makes them ideal for irrigation, water supply, and industrial fluid transport.
Important Installation Note: To ensure a fully watertight connection and prevent thread seepage, we recommend the use of PTFE tape (sold separately) during assembly.
