Key Component Features
IBC S60X6 Cap: Engineered from durable, high-grade plastic, this cap features a built-in BSPF thread. It serves as a dependable connection point, ensuring a tight seal to prevent contamination and leaks during fluid transfer.
Nickel-Plated Brass Lever Valve: Built for demanding industrial and plumbing environments, this valve utilizes high-quality brass for superior strength and corrosion resistance. The nickel-plated finish provides an additional barrier against tarnish and wear. The ergonomic lever handle allows for smooth, precise on/off flow regulation with minimal effort.
32mm MDPE Straight Joiner: Designed for efficiency, this compression fitting allows for a direct, leak-free connection to 32mm MDPE piping. These fittings are rated for PN10 (up to 10 bar / approx. 145 psi), offering excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and harsh weather conditions.
Installation Note: To ensure a fully watertight seal across all threaded connections, we recommend the use of PTFE tape (sold separately).
