MDPE Wall Flange Features
The included 20mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for durability, chemical resistance, and flexibility. These compression fittings are designed for water supply, irrigation, and industrial piping, allowing for a leak-free seal on flat surfaces without the requirement for specialized installation tools. Rated for PN10, these fittings maintain system integrity under pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi) and are built to withstand mechanical stress and environmental corrosion.
Brass Barb Specifications
The straight brass joiner included in this kit bridges the gap between hose pipes and threaded systems. The barbed end (13mm) is precision-engineered to provide a high-grip, secure connection that prevents leaks under pressure. The opposite end features a standardized 1/2" BSP thread, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing plumbing fixtures.
