Complete Wall Flange & Bib Valve Kit
This all-in-one assembly provides a professional solution for mounting a water outlet to a flat surface. The kit includes:
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 20mm – ½” BSP (MDPEWF20-12BSPF)
- 1 x Nickel Plated Brass Bib Valve 1/2" (BRVALVEBIB12BSPM-F)
- 1 x Adaptor Snap On (TAPCON12BSPM001LIME)
MDPE Wall Flange Performance
The 20mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for secure, leak-free connections between piping and flat mounting surfaces. Designed for PN10 systems, these fittings handle pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). The compression-style fitting allows for straightforward installation without the need for specialized tools, while the material offers excellent chemical resistance, durability against mechanical stress, and long-term protection against corrosion.
Nickel-Plated Brass Bib Valve
This 1/2" BSPM-F bib valve combines a robust brass body with a nickel-plated finish, providing superior resistance to wear and environmental factors for both indoor and outdoor use. The butterfly handle design ensures a compact footprint, making it ideal for tight spaces, while the simple twist-action mechanism allows for precise, reliable flow control with a tight seal.
Snap-On Tap Connector
Designed for seamless integration, the male tap connector features a 1/2” BSPM thread inlet that attaches directly to the bib valve. The outlet is equipped with a click-lock quick-connect mechanism, allowing for rapid attachment and detachment of hoses. Constructed from high-strength, durable plastic, this connector is built to withstand frequent use while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant connection.
