MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
The included MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) wall flange is engineered for connecting piping to flat surfaces. These fittings are rated for PN10 pressure, capable of withstanding up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). MDPE components are highly valued for their chemical resistance, flexibility, and ability to endure mechanical stress and harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-term system integrity.
Nickel-Plated Brass Lever Valve
The included ½” BSPM – F lever valve is constructed from high-quality brass with a nickel-plated finish, providing superior resistance to corrosion, tarnish, and wear. The ergonomic lever handle allows for smooth, precise on/off control, making it suitable for both commercial and residential plumbing environments. The BSP threaded connections ensure a secure, airtight fit.
Geka Type Claw Couplings
This kit features two Geka-style claw couplings, known for their universal design and tool-free assembly. By utilizing symmetrical lugs that interlock with a simple twist, these fittings allow for rapid connection and disconnection, significantly reducing downtime. Each fitting is crafted from durable brass and includes high-quality rubber seals to maintain a watertight connection during fluid transfer.
