MDPE Wall Flange Features
The 25mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for secure, leak-free connections on flat surfaces. Utilizing a threaded compression design, it eliminates the need for specialized installation tools. These fittings are rated PN10, capable of handling a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Built for longevity, the MDPE construction offers excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and harsh weather conditions, making it ideal for water supply, irrigation, and industrial piping.
Brass Straight Joiner Specifications
The included 19mm brass straight joiner facilitates a seamless transition between hose pipes and your threaded wall flange. The barbed end is precision-engineered to grip hose pipes firmly, maintaining a secure seal under both low and high-pressure conditions. The opposite end features a standard ¾” BSP thread, ensuring full compatibility with the wall flange. Crafted from durable brass, this component provides superior resistance to impact and wear, ensuring a long-lasting, reliable connection in both commercial and residential environments.
Important Installation Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for your installation, as it must be purchased separately.
