This comprehensive kit provides a streamlined solution for connecting MDPE piping to flat surfaces while enabling rapid hose coupling. The assembly includes:
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 25mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF25-34BSPF)
- 1 x Camlock Type B ¾” (CAMTB34BSPM)
MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
Designed for durability and chemical resistance, these MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are ideal for irrigation, water supply, and industrial piping. The threaded compression design allows for a secure, leak-free seal without requiring specialized tools. These fittings are rated for PN10 pressure (up to 10 bars / approx. 145 psi), offering excellent resistance to mechanical stress, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions.
Type B Camlock Features
The included Type B camlock (cam and groove coupling) features a female coupler with cam arms and a male BSP thread. Constructed from polypropylene, this fitting is engineered for rapid connection and disconnection, making it highly efficient for fluid transfer applications in agriculture, manufacturing, and construction. Please verify that polypropylene is compatible with your specific fluid transfer requirements before installation.
