Complete Wall Flange & Bib Valve Kit
This all-in-one assembly provides a professional solution for mounting a water outlet to flat surfaces. Designed for efficiency and reliability, this kit includes the following components:
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 25mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF25-34BSPF)
- 1 x Click-Lock Quick Connector Male (TAPCON34BSPM001LIME)
- 1 x Butterfly Bib Valve ¾” BSP (ZINCVALVEBIB34BSPM-F)
MDPE Wall Flange Performance
The included 25mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for secure pipe-to-surface connections. These fittings utilize threaded compression technology, allowing for a leak-free seal without the requirement for specialized installation tools. Rated for PN10 pressure (up to 10 bars / approx. 145 psi), these fittings are built to resist mechanical stress, chemical corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-term system integrity for water supply and irrigation setups.
Durable Butterfly Bib Valve
The ¾” BSPM-F butterfly bib valve features a high-quality zinc body with a nickel-plated finish. This construction provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor fluid control. The intuitive twist-action handle allows for rapid flow regulation, while the nickel plating ensures a polished, long-lasting finish.
Quick-Connect Convenience
The included male tap connector features a ¾” BSPM thread inlet and a click-lock quick connect outlet. Manufactured from high-grade, durable plastic, this connector is lightweight yet robust enough to withstand frequent use. The click-lock mechanism ensures a stable, secure attachment for hoses and accessories, preventing accidental disconnection during operation.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for installation, as it must be purchased separately.
