MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
The included 25mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for connecting piping to flat surfaces. These fittings utilize threaded compression connections to create a reliable, leak-free seal without requiring specialized tools. Rated for PN10 pressure (up to 10 bars / approx. 145 psi), these components are built to resist mechanical stress, chemical corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-term durability in water supply and irrigation systems.
Brass Nickel-Plated Lever Valve
This ¾” BSPM–F lever valve is constructed from high-strength brass with a nickel-plated finish to prevent tarnish and wear. Designed for demanding plumbing and industrial environments, the ergonomic lever handle allows for smooth, precise on/off flow regulation with minimal physical effort.
Geka Type Claw Couplings
This kit features two Geka-style claw couplings, known for their universal, tool-free connection system. By simply twisting the symmetrical claws together, you achieve a secure, watertight seal. The set includes one fitting with a 19mm barb outlet and one with a ¾” BSP male outlet, both crafted from high-quality brass for superior corrosion resistance in construction, agricultural, and industrial fluid transfer applications.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have tape available for your installation, as it must be purchased separately.
