Complete Wall Flange and Camlock Assembly
This professional-grade kit provides a streamlined solution for connecting 32mm MDPE piping to flat surfaces while enabling rapid hose coupling. The set includes:
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 32mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF32-34BSPF)
- 1 x Camlock Type B ¾” (CAMTB34BSPM)
MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
Designed for secure, leak-free transitions, these MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings utilize threaded compression connections, eliminating the need for specialized installation tools. Engineered for durability, they are rated for a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). These fittings offer excellent resistance to mechanical stress, harsh weather conditions, and chemical or acid-based corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability in water supply, irrigation, and industrial piping systems.
Type B Camlock Features
The included Type B camlock features a female coupler with integrated cam arms and a male ¾” BSP thread. Constructed from polypropylene, this quick-connect coupling allows for rapid attachment and detachment of hoses, significantly reducing downtime in fluid transfer applications. These couplings are designed to provide a secure seal, minimizing the risk of leaks and contamination in agricultural, construction, and manufacturing environments.
