Complete Wall Flange and Camlock Assembly
This comprehensive kit provides a streamlined solution for connecting 32mm MDPE piping to flat surfaces while enabling rapid hose coupling. Designed for efficiency and reliability, this set includes:
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 32mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF32-34BSPF)
- 1 x Camlock Type B ¾” (CAMTB34BSPM)
- 1 x Camlock Type E ¾” (CAMTE34)
MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
The included 32mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for secure, leak-free connections on flat surfaces. These PN10-rated fittings are built to handle a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Constructed from Medium-Density Polyethylene, the flange offers excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and environmental exposure. The threaded compression design allows for straightforward installation without the requirement for specialized tools.
Camlock Quick-Connect System
This kit features polypropylene Camlock Type B and Type E fittings, ideal for fluid transfer applications requiring frequent hose changes. The cam and groove mechanism ensures a secure, rapid connection and disconnection process, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of leaks or spills.
- Type B Camlock: Features a female coupler end with cam arms and a male BSP thread.
- Type E Camlock: Features a male adapter end with a hose shank for secure hose attachment.
