Kit Contents:

  • 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 32mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF32-34BSPF)
  • 1 x In-Line Valve ¾” BSP (HCV34BSPM001BLACK)
  • 1 x Brass Adaptor ¾” BSP – 19mm Barb (BR-TC19B-34BSPF)

MDPE Wall Flange (32mm)

Engineered for connecting MDPE pipes to flat surfaces, this wall flange utilizes threaded compression technology to create a tight, reliable seal without requiring specialized tools. These PN10-rated fittings are built to withstand pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Constructed from Medium-Density Polyethylene, the flange offers excellent chemical resistance, durability against mechanical stress, and long-term protection against harsh environmental conditions.

In-Line Soft Touch Valve (¾” BSPM)

This robust flow control device is designed for precise management of fluid systems. Featuring a ¾” BSP Male inlet and outlet, the valve is constructed from high-strength, lightweight plastic that resists corrosion and wear. The "soft-touch" mechanism ensures smooth, effortless on/off operation, providing a comfortable grip and a secure, leak-resistant seal for both residential and commercial plumbing or irrigation setups.

Brass Adaptor (¾” BSP to 19mm Barb)

This durable brass fitting bridges the gap between standardized BSP threaded connections and flexible hose lines. The 19mm hose barb is precision-engineered to maintain a firm grip on tubing, preventing slippage. Brass construction provides superior thermal conductivity, high-pressure tolerance, and exceptional resistance to rust and degradation, ensuring a long service life in demanding applications.

Important Installation Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for your installation, as it must be purchased separately.
