MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
The included 32mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for connecting piping to flat surfaces. These PN10-rated fittings are built to withstand pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Constructed for durability, they offer excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and harsh weather conditions. The compression connection design allows for a tight seal without the need for specialized tools, simplifying your installation process.
Nickel-Plated Brass Lever Valve
This ¾” BSP lever valve is manufactured from high-quality brass with a nickel-plated finish, providing superior protection against tarnish, wear, and environmental degradation. The ergonomic lever handle allows for smooth, precise on/off control, ensuring reliable performance for both commercial and residential fluid management.
Geka Type Claw Couplings
The kit features two Geka-style claw couplings, renowned for their universal, tool-free connection system. By utilizing symmetrical interlocking lugs, these fittings allow for rapid assembly and disassembly. Each connector includes a high-quality rubber seal to maintain a watertight and airtight connection, preventing leaks during operation. This set includes one 13mm barbed fitting and one ¾” BSP male outlet fitting.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have sufficient thread sealing tape available for your installation.
