MDPE Wall Flange Specifications
The included 32mm MDPE wall flange is engineered for connecting piping to flat surfaces. These PN10-rated fittings are built to withstand pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 145 psi). Constructed for durability, they offer excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical stress, and harsh weather conditions. The threaded compression design ensures a tight seal without the need for specialized tools, simplifying your installation process.
Brass Nickel-Plated Lever Valve
This ¾” BSPM–F lever valve is crafted from high-quality brass with a nickel-plated finish, providing superior protection against tarnish, wear, and environmental degradation. The ergonomic lever handle allows for smooth, precise on/off flow control, making it a dependable choice for both commercial and residential plumbing setups.
Geka Type Claw Couplings
The kit features two Geka-style claw couplings, known for their universal, tool-free connection system. These brass fittings utilize interlocking lugs for a secure, airtight, and watertight seal. The set includes one 19mm barbed fitting and one ¾” BSP male fitting, allowing for rapid hose attachment and detachment. Their robust brass construction ensures long-term performance in demanding industrial, agricultural, and construction environments.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for your installation, as it must be purchased separately.
