Complete Water Butt Installation Kit

Upgrade your rainwater harvesting system with this all-in-one connector kit. Designed for reliability and ease of use, this set provides everything you need to create a secure, leak-free outlet for your water butt or fluid storage container.

What’s Included

  • 1 x 27mm HSS Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter (DB27MM): A high-performance tool engineered for precision.
  • 1 x Water Butt 3/4" BSP Male to 1/2" BSP Female Outlet (BUTT-R-34BSPM-12BSPF): A durable, high-quality plastic fitting for versatile plumbing connections.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Versatile Thread Adaptation: Specifically engineered to reduce from a 3/4" BSP male thread to a 1/2" BSP female thread, allowing you to easily adapt different pipe and connector sizes.
  • Flexible Installation: If your container has an existing female thread, the 3/4" BSP male connector screws in directly. For containers without a thread, the included washers and back nut allow for a secure, watertight installation through a custom-drilled hole.
  • Leak-Proof Design: The included washers and back nut ensure a tight, reliable seal, maintaining the integrity of your water storage system.
  • Precision Cutting: The 27mm HSS (High-Speed Steel) Hole Saw is built for durability and heat resistance. Its sharp, evenly spaced teeth provide smooth, clean, and accurate holes in plastic, wood, and metal alloys, minimizing vibration during use.

Installation Guide

To install the outlet on a container without a pre-existing thread, use the included 27mm HSS drill bit to create a hole. Once the hole is prepared, remove the back nut and one washer from the connector. Insert the fitting through the hole, ensuring the remaining washer stays on the inside of the barrel, then tighten the back nut securely to create a leak-resistant seal.
