Upgrade or install your rainwater harvesting system with this all-in-one connector kit. Designed for durability and ease of use, this set provides everything required to create a secure, leak-proof outlet for your water butt.
Kit Contents:
- 1 x ¾” BSP Water Butt Connector (BUTT34BSPM-F)
- 1 x ¾” BSP In-Line Valve (HCV34BSPM001BLACK)
- 1 x Joiner for 20mm Pipe with ¾” BSPF Thread (STR20B34BSPF)
- 1 x 27mm HSS Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter (DB27MM)
Versatile Installation
The included ¾” BSP connector is engineered for flexibility. If your container already features a female thread, the connector screws in directly. For containers without a thread, simply use the provided 27mm HSS drill bit to create a hole. By removing the back nut and one washer, you can insert the connector through the barrel wall. Re-securing the nut and washer on the inside creates a reliable, watertight seal with washers positioned on both sides of the container wall.
Precision Flow Control
The In-Line Soft Touch Valve (¾” BSPM) allows for effortless water management. Its robust plastic construction is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor environments. The soft-touch mechanism ensures smooth on/off operation and precise flow regulation, minimizing the risk of leaks while maintaining system integrity.
Secure Irrigation Connection
The included joiner is designed for 20mm irrigation pipe. Featuring a barbed end, it provides a firm, secure grip on the pipe, preventing disconnections. Installation is straightforward—simply push the connector into the pipe for a reliable, tool-free connection that stands up to constant water pressure.
High-Performance Cutting
The 27mm HSS Hole Saw Cutter is built for precision. Its high-speed steel construction offers excellent heat resistance and durability, ensuring clean, accurate holes in plastic, wood, and metal alloys. It is specifically sized to facilitate the installation of ¾” BSP male threads, providing a stable and efficient cutting experience for your plumbing projects.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for your installation to ensure a perfect seal.
