Installation Versatility
The included water butt connector is engineered for maximum compatibility. If your container features a pre-existing female thread, the connector screws in directly for a quick upgrade. For containers without threads, simply drill a hole, insert the connector, and secure it using the included back nut and washers. By placing a washer on both the interior and exterior of the barrel, you ensure a reliable, watertight seal. The connector is manufactured from high-strength, durable plastic designed to endure outdoor conditions and constant water pressure.
Precision Flow Control
The In-Line Soft Touch Valve (¾” BSP Male inlet and outlet) offers effortless flow management. Its smooth-turn mechanism provides precise control, while the lightweight, corrosion-resistant plastic construction ensures long-term reliability. This valve is designed to maintain a secure seal when closed, preventing leaks and minimizing maintenance requirements.
Micro-Irrigation Integration
The included Tap Adaptor (3/4" BSPF to 4mm Micro Tube) acts as the vital bridge between your water butt valve and your irrigation network. It provides a secure, tool-free connection to 4mm micro tubing, making it ideal for directing water to flowerbeds, vegetable patches, or potted plants. Its robust design ensures a seamless transition from your water source to your irrigation system.
Important Note: This kit does not include PTFE tape. Please ensure you have PTFE tape available for your installation to guarantee optimal thread sealing.
